Aerosimple Vigil Tip Line, operated by Aerosimple LLC. Aerosimple provides the tip line at participating airports.

What this program is

The Vigil Tip Line lets members of the public report a safety or security concern they have observed at an airport. If you call a published Vigil

tip-line number, we may send you a follow-up text message from that same number to capture details we could not collect during the call — for example the location, the time, or a description of what you saw.

This is a conversational program. We do not send marketing, promotional offers, newsletters, or informational broadcasts of any kind.

How you consent to receive messages

Consent is established when you voluntarily place an inbound call to a published Vigil tip-line number. That number is printed on airport signage

at terminal entrances, gate areas and curbside, and is published on the airport's website. Both the signage and the website carry this disclosure:

"Calling this number may result in a follow-up SMS from the same number to help us capture your tip.

Message frequency is conversational, typically 2–5 messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end, HELP for help.

We never send a text message to a phone number that has not first called a Vigil tip-line number, and we never send one more than 24 hours after that call.

Message frequency

Message frequency is conversational and recurring. A single tip typically results in two to five messages.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Aerosimple does not charge for this service; charges, if any, come from your wireless carrier under your own plan.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP at any time to end all messages from this number. We also accept STOPALL, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE and OPTOUT. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. Reply START to resume.

Carrier liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers

Compatible with major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile and their affiliates. Carrier support is not guaranteed and may change.

Privacy and data sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number, message content and any call recording are used only to process and follow up on the tip you reported, and are shared only with the airport whose tip line you contacted and with our messaging carrier (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering messages. We do not sell, rent, license or share this information with any third party for marketing, advertising, list-building or analytics.
